The fuel surcharge is based on the arithmetic average retail price of diesel fuel in Estonia in the overview published by the European Commission in the last month:\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/energy\/observatory\/reports\/List-of-WOB.pdf\">https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/energy\/observatory\/reports\/List-of-WOB.pdf<\/a><span>. The fuel surcharge is based on the average price of the last quarter of 2021, which is 1.35 euros. The fuel surcharge coefficient (BAF) is calculated on the basis of the share of fuel consumption in total costs. Please note, that BAF is applied based on the date the goods are picked up.
