The fuel surcharge is based on the arithmetical average retail price of diesel fuel in Latvia for the last month in the overview published by the European Commission. The fuel surcharge coefficient (BAF) is calculated taking into account the share of fuel costs in total costs and is the basis for the fuel surcharge for the current month.
