Overall, 2025 was another year of growth for the ACE Group, characterized by a 3.7% increase in consolidated revenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Group\u2019s financial results were primarily influenced by the continued challenging economic environment, which directly affects all companies within the ACE Group. The Baltic economies have emerged from recession and have hopefully entered the next phase of growth; however, this growth phase has not yet gained full momentum. The war initiated by Russia against Ukraine continues to have a significant impact on the operations of our Ukrainian subsidiary, but despite these challenges, we remain committed to continuing our activities there whenever possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The consolidated turnover of the entire ACE Group increased by 3.7% in comparison with previous year reaching a total of EUR 53.2 million. At the same time, the total number of shipments increased by 11.3%. The Group\u2019s net profit margin was 6.3%, while return on equity reached 36.1%. The average number of employees in 2025 was 196, an increase of seven employees compared to the previous year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Road transport accounted for 70% of the Group\u2019s total turnover, air freight 14%, sea freight 9%, rail transport 6%, and warehousing 1%. By company, ACE Estonia contributed 39% of total turnover, followed by ACE Lithuania with 31%, ACE Latvia with 28%, and ACE Ukraine with 2%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Investments in tangible and intangible assets increased significantly. Total investments in fixed assets amounted 3.55 million euros. The largest investments were related to the completion of the new Kaunas terminal, with the total project cost reaching 7 million euros. In addition, investments continued in IT solutions, including preparations for the implementation of a new transport management software system and the acquisition of new user licenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2025, the company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acelogistics.eu\/ee\/en\/ace-logistics-sells-stake-of-joint-venture-in-finland\/\">sold its 50% shareholding in Dachser Finland Oy<\/a> thereby exiting direct business operations in the Finnish market after ten years of activity alongside its long-term strategic partner, the German family-owned company Dachser SE. Future cooperation in Finland will continue through a partnership model with Dachser, similar to the arrangement in the rest of Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During 2025, we continued investing in the community and developing future talent. ACE remained the main sponsor of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acelogistics.eu\/ee\/en\/ace-logistics-is-the-main-sponsor-of-peetri-childrens-races\/\">Peetri Children\u2019s Run<\/a>, supported talented young people through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acelogistics.eu\/ee\/en\/applications-for-the-estonian-union-for-child-welfare-is-now-open\/\">Estonian Union for Child Welfare Foundation<\/a>, and contributed to the continuous development of logistics education through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acelogistics.eu\/ee\/en\/logistics-seminar-2025-will-focus-on-resilience\/\">Logistics Seminar<\/a>. We also supported the Rae Municipality Games, in which our employees actively participate, as well as the Industry Business Plan Conference, P\u00e4rnu Supply Chain Conference and the Annual Logistics Conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are pleased to note that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acelogistics.eu\/ee\/en\/ace-logistics-estonia-customer-satisfaction-continues-to-remain-high\/\">customer satisfaction surveys<\/a> across ACE Group companies continue to show a strong score of 80%. ACE is also highly rated for its willingness to cooperate, responsiveness, and reputation in the transportation market. We would like to thank all our customers whose feedback helps us continuously improve and become even better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2026, our focus will be on bringing the Kaunas terminal to full operational capacity while continuing to enhance efficiency through new IT developments and process improvements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ACE Logistics Group currently operates in four countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Ukraine. We provide air, sea, road, and rail transport services, as well as warehousing and customs clearance solutions, tailored to our customers\u2019 wishes and needs.
