At the beginning of the year, we traditionally conduct the ACE customer satisfaction survey. This survey is an important part of our operations, allowing us to better understand our customers’ needs and strategically improve the services we provide.
This year, the overall customer satisfaction score is 9.32 out of 10, while the Net Promoter Score (NPS) is 80%, maintaining a high level of customer loyalty.

High recommendation and cooperation continuity scores demonstrate strong trust in ACE, while customers place the greatest value on smooth communication, reliability, and long-term collaboration.
As in previous years, customers pay particular attention to price, delivery times, and service reliability – areas where we will continue to strive for even greater efficiency.
