This year, ACE Logistics Latvia once again supports Bizness24h competition and actively contributes to the development of young entrepreneurs. The first round of the competition has now concluded, and the top 100 teams have qualified for the second round, where they will continue competing for the Business Guru 2026 title.
ACE Logistics Latvia also took part in the first round of the competition in person, investing its time and energy in the overall process. The company’s managing director, Kārlis Kasparāns, shared his personal experience from his student years, when together with like-minded peers he secured funding in the OPEN MIND competition by developing a marketing strategy plan. This project led to the realization of an idea – The first summer sports games for wheelchair users in Latvia.
To support participants and help ensure a smoother and more successful competition experience, ACE Logistics Latvia organized a workshop led by business trainer Daina Ramata. During the session, participants learned the difference between a team and a group of individuals, explored the key elements of effective communication, and gained insights into building a strong contact network. Throughout the workshop, participants actively demonstrated their ability to communicate, collaborate, and adapt to tight deadlines – essential skills for anyone planning a future in the business environment.
Following the first round of the competition, participants acknowledged that taking part in Bizness24h provides not only valuable knowledge in entrepreneurship and marketing, but also helps strengthen self-confidence, teamwork skills, and strategic thinking. The competition also offers an opportunity to connect with other motivated young people and exchange diverse experiences.
The second round of the competition will take place on February 11th and 12th, when the 100 most capable teams, comprising approximately 300 participants who qualified for this stage, will continue their journey in the business simulation game “President”. This stage allows participants to immerse themselves in a realistic business environment and further develop their practical skills.
ACE Logistics Latvia values the opportunity to be part of this inspiring project. Sharing experience is essential in helping young people understand how teams function and how crucial effective communication is in transforming ideas into real results. We wish all participants the best of success and look forward to meeting again in the third round, where the winners of the Business Guru 2026 title will be announced.
