This year, ACE Logistics Latvia (hereinafter ACE) celebrates its 28th anniversary. We want to thank everyone who has chosen to be with us over these 28 years. ACE has experienced significant growth and continues to offer a wide range of services – road, air, rail, and sea transportation, warehouse, and customs brokerage services. Our goal is to become one of the TOP 10 logistics companies in Latvia. We are grateful for your support in growing both as a company and as a responsible member of society.
Social Responsibility and Provided Support
By choosing sustainability and social responsibility as an important part of our work, we inevitably face challenges – objections, habitual practices, and the need to think creatively. However, those who choose ACE choose a team that does not stop in the face of difficulties. We are ready to take an extra step where it matters and find solutions in situations that require initiative and flexibility.
Our commitment to being a socially responsible team is expressed not only in words but also in concrete actions. In 2025, we have also found opportunities to be part of support initiatives that create real impact and help people in different life situations.
It is important to support organizations that provide a supportive environment for young people who have faced difficulties and the opportunity to develop skills and regain stability. OPEN Radošais Centrs provides young people with a safe environment, food, and professional assistance. Each year, ACE employees have the opportunity, as a birthday gift, to choose to donate to the OPEN radošais centrs. By using this opportunity, each employee personally contributes, and together we help the center continue its work and provide support to young people in difficulty.
During the holiday season, we choose gifts that have added value. Within the Miljons sveču grupu mājai project, candles are made by young people with very severe developmental disabilities. Each product is their handiwork, effort, and heart. By supporting this initiative, we not only choose meaningful gifts but also help strengthen the self-esteem and social integration of the youth. ACE values that clients and partners accept our gifts with understanding of their significance. This confirms that our choices can have a positive impact and encourages us to continue meaningful initiatives in the coming year.
We support the work of organizations by providing transportation options – for the charitable foundation Latvia Charity Bank. This practical contribution helps deliver food and other necessary items to people and families with children who are in need. Our team actively participates in executing such practical solutions to ensure that aid reaches those who need it most.
We believe that future entrepreneurs arise where they are given the opportunity to think boldly, act independently, and experience a real business environment. The University of Latvia BA School of Business and Finance, Bizness24H, is an important platform for youth development. In Bizness24H 2025, the main prize was won by young people from the team “B Kubā”. Team demonstrated the ability to create a viable business model with minimal resources. We are proud that we can find resources for this support within our team – employees share their time, knowledge, and experience, allowing young people to learn and grow. ACE will continue to support the competition in 2026.
Nauris Kalniņš – a cyclist and ACE employee – approached ACE management wishing to further represent the company in competitions in which he participates. We support sports activities within our team and value their importance in society more broadly. In 2025, Nauris participated in 17 cycling competitions in his age group (55 – 59 years) and won first place twice. His achievements demonstrate that an active lifestyle is the right choice at any age and is important for both health and personal development. ACE appreciates Nauris achievements and will continue to support his participation in sports events.
