CODE OF CONDUCT FOR SUPPLIERS

At ACE Logistics, we believe that ethical behavior, compliance with laws, and respect for human and environmental rights are essential to sustainable business. Our values – integrity, responsibility, reliability, and cooperation – also guide our relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and other business partners. This Code of Conduct (the “Code”) sets out the principles we expect our business partners to uphold during their collaboration with ACE Logistics.

By engaging in business with ACE Logistics, the business partner confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the principles outlined in this Code of Conduct for Suppliers.

1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES

Business partners of ACE Logistics are expected to:

  • Act in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including those related to labor, environment and anti-corruption.
  • Commit to honesty, fairness, and integrity in all business dealings.
  • Uphold the principles of this Code throughout their own supply chains.
2. HUMAN RIGHTS AND LABOR STANDARDS

ACE Logistics expects its business partners to:

  • Respect and promote internationally recognized human rights.
  • Prohibit all forms of forced, bonded, or involuntary labor.
  • Not use or benefit from child labor in any form.
  • Ensure non-discriminatory and respectful workplaces, free from harassment, abuse, or retaliation.
  • Recognize workers’ rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining.
  • Provide safe, hygienic, and healthy working conditions.
  • Offer fair wages and comply with working time regulations in accordance with national law and international standards.
3. FAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES

Business partners must:

  • Compete fairly and avoid any form of anti-competitive behavior, such as price fixing, market sharing, or other collusive conduct.
  • Refrain from engaging in or tolerating any form of bribery, corruption, or improper advantage.
  • Avoid and report any conflicts of interest that may arise in their dealing with ACE Logistics.
  • Refrain from offering gifts, invitations, or benefits to ACE employees or representatives that could influence their impartiality.
4. ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

We expect our business partners to:

  • Comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations.
  • Work to minimize environmental impacts and make efficient use of natural resources.
  • Promote the reduction of emissions, waste, and environmental risk.
  • Apply the same standards to subcontractors and partners within their own supply chains.
5. DATA PROTECTION AND INFORMATION SECURITY

Business partners are required to:

  • Handle personal and confidential data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
  • Ensure the secure storage, processing, and transmission of ACE Logistics data.
  • Use confidential ACE information solely for the purpose of fulfilling their contractual obligations.
6. SUBCONTRACTORS AND SUPPLY CHAIN RESPONSIBILITY
  • Business partners must ensure that their own suppliers and subcontractors also comply with this Code.
  • The principles of this Code must be communicated and enforced throughout the business partner’s supply chain.
7. COMPLIANCE MONITORING AND CONSEQUENCES

ACE Logistics reserves the right to assess and monitor compliance with this Code through audits or reviews. Non-compliance may result in corrective actions, suspension, or termination of the business relationship.

8. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

Business partners are encouraged to report any suspected violations of this Code. Reports can be made confidentially via appropriate compliance channels established by ACE Logistics,
